Are items on Ebay really as cheap as they seem?

Yes these prices are real, or else the seller could be sued. I am not familiar with punk/goth clothes, but it could be that the clothes are just knock-offs of the real brand. However, if that does not matter, than it should be fine to buy from them. You should consider opening up a PayPal though, because it hides your credit card information and I believe you can have your money refunded if they do not send it.
