Older horse with drippy swollen sore?

Def. have your vet out to check him out. I just read today about "pigeon fever" does it look like an abccess that could have burst?? The stomach, chest, and groin areas are all common areas to show this type of infection. Hopefully its just a sore spot or sc, but its better to know for sure so give your vet a call. Good Luck!
