License suspended... please help?

Probably not since you failed to update your new address with the DMV. They mailed to the last known address you gave them when you applied for a license. If that changes, it is up to you to notify them of your change of address. There is even a place in the notices that they mail to you where you can update your address if need be. So basically, you will have to comply with what they are asking if you want to re-new your license. Good luck, Hope this helps.
