Relative compression, Difference, and mean cranking RPM..What is this ?

I had my car (Mercury, Mountainer 2004) tested 2 days ago, and have been told that cyl 1 , cyl 2 and cyl 3 had 1% less than other cyls. Would you help me explaining these results ? Thank you
